The bike shed we purchased looks good and customer service up to delivery was fine. But we are less than satisfied with the shed because as soon as the weather became damp we couldn't close the doors. They had obviously swelled with the damp. We treated the shed with Cuprinol but they instructions only stated that the base need to be treated with a oil based treatment. When I contacted customer services I was told that on their website it states the shed must be treated with an oil based product and when I pointed out it doesn't say this on the instructions they said these are being updated. Great for the future but not good for us!

Good quality heavy duty workshop shed. Delivered well on time. Instructions cover pent and apex sheds so at times a little confusing but it went together in the end. Mine was an apex roof 20ft long and I felt that instead of one reinforcing 'A' frame in the middle it would be stronger with 3 so I made 2 more.

Easy ordering process, kept informed every step of the way, delivered on time, great delivery guy, pointed out the different parts. Easy to put together. Cuttings survived well through the winter. Only criticism is that a lot of condensation runs down the inside of the windows then pools on the shelf, otherwise would have given 5 stars.

I have bought a 12x6 Tiger Workman Apex shed. The order placment, confirmation, communication and delivery went very smoothly and on time. The product itself is good but not great. The building instructions are general, but not specific to this particular product which is a headache for non-builders. There is no step by step instruction like when you buy IKEA product. Had to hire a builder and two men built it up in 6 hrs. Shed window glass beads not included.
The walls are quite thin, so when thinking of putting in shelves and fixing them to the wall must be careful.
For the experience 5, for the product 4 stars for assembling experience - 3 starts.

The whole process was easy and fast feom the moment I purchased to the arrival. Communication great. Easy to assemble. Great quality wood. My cabin looks glorious

Put the shed together as instructed.
Leaks and damp is all I've had. Whole inside of shed has gone mouldy in less than 6 months.

Unsure if cheap felt or wood but I won't buy again

A credit to Tiger Sheds

I gave this 3 stars because although the shed is of reasonable quality, the service I received from Tiger sheds was poor. I was assured when I purchased my Dutch barn that there was no internal support beam, but on delivery there was. I only released this after an external company had erected it. By then it was too late to return the shed. So the intended purpose for the shed was then compromised. They said they would review the initial sales call but no one came back to me. Poor initial service and information.

I ordered my bike shed from Tiger Sheds because of the reviews and quality of products offered. Everything was perfect from ordering to delivery, which was delivered early giving me enough time to get it built. The quality of the hut is spot on and easy to erect. You get everything you need with an easy to read instruction leaflet.
We love our 7 x 4 bike shed which is perfect for our holiday home for storing all our garden and sports stuff.
I would highly recommend Tiger Sheds to any future buyer.

This is the second tiger shed I have bought as I needed more storage. Quality is fantastic, it might not be the cheapest but if looked after will last many years. Delivered on a pallet in smaller sections which made it easier to get through the house as I have no side access.
